Spread the love

In today’s fast-paced world, keeping in touch with friends and family has never been easier, thanks to the plethora of communication apps available. Tango is one such app that allows you to make free video and voice calls, send texts, and even play games while chatting. In this article, we’ll guide you through the process of making a video call on Tango, so you can stay connected with your loved ones no matter where you are.

1. Download and Install Tango

First things first: download Tango from the Google Play Store for Android devices or the App Store for iOS devices. Once downloaded, install the app by following the prompts.

2. Sign Up or Log In

Open Tango on your device and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new account using your email, phone number, or social media accounts such as Facebook or Google. If you already have an account with Tango, simply log in using your existing credentials.

3. Access Your Contacts

Upon logging in or signing up, give Tango permission to access your contacts. This allows the app to detect which of your contacts are also using Tango so that you can easily get in touch with them through the platform.

4. Start a Video Call

Once you have set up your account and synced your contacts, initiating a video call is a breeze. Just follow these steps:

a. Open Tango and tap on the “Contacts” tab at the bottom of the screen.

b. Browse through your contacts list (Tango users will be indicated by a small icon) or use the search bar at the top to find the person you wish to call.

c. Tap on your desired contact, which will open up their profile.

d. On their profile page, locate and tap the “Video Call” button (which looks like a camera icon).

5. Manage Your Video Call Settings

During a video call, you have a range of settings and options at your disposal to enhance your experience. These include:

a. Mute/Unmute: Tap the microphone icon to mute or unmute your audio during the call.

b. Switch Cameras: Toggle between your device’s front and rear cameras by tapping the camera icon.

c. Add Participants: Start a group call by tapping the “Add Participants” button and selecting additional contacts to join the conversation.

d. Text Chat: Send messages during a video call by tapping the chat icon, which will bring up an on-screen keyboard and chat window.

6. End Your Video Call

When you’re ready to say goodbye, simply tap the red “Hang Up” button located at the bottom center of the screen to end your video call.

And that’s it! With these simple steps, you can now make and manage video calls on Tango like a pro. So, what are you waiting for? Grab your device and start connecting with your friends and family today.
