As an iPhone user, you can still utilize the power of Google Assistant thanks to the Google Assistant app available on the App Store. With the app, you can access Google’s voice-controlled virtual assistant to perform a range of tasks and get quick answers to your questions. Here’s how to use Google Assistant on your iPhone:

1. Download and install the Google Assistant app from the App Store

2. Open the app and log in with your Google account

3. Tap on the microphone icon to activate the assistant

4. Speak your query or command. For example, you can say “Hey Google, what’s the weather like today?” or “Hey Google, set an alarm for 7 AM.”

5. You can also use Google Assistant to control various settings on your device. For example, you can say “Hey Google, turn on Bluetooth” or “Hey Google, decrease screen brightness.”

6. To view your previous interactions with Google Assistant, tap on the icon at the bottom right of the screen.

7. You can also customize your Google Assistant experience by going to the app’s settings. Here, you can change your assistant’s voice, adjust your preferred units of measurement, and more.

8. To access Google Assistant from anywhere on your iPhone, you can add it to your iOS Home Screen. To do this, simply go to the App Store, find Google Assistant, and tap on “Add to Home Screen.”

Overall, Google Assistant is a powerful tool that can help you perform tasks faster and gain information more easily.

By following the steps above, you can easily use Google Assistant on your iPhone and enjoy all the benefits of this virtual assistant.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
