Cleansing milk is a gentle and effective way to remove makeup, dirt, and impurities from your skin without the harshness of soap. Follow these 12 steps to incorporate cleansing milk into your skincare routine and achieve a refreshed, glowing complexion.

.Choose the right cleansing milk: Consider your skin type and needs when selecting a cleansing milk. Look for ingredients that match your skin type – sensitive, dry, oily, or combination.

.Remove makeup: If you’re wearing makeup, use a makeup remover to take off your eye and lip products before applying the cleansing milk.

.Wet your face: Splash lukewarm water on your face gently to moisten the skin.

.Dispense cleansing milk: Pour an appropriate amount of cleansing milk (usually a coin-sized amount) into the palm of your hand.

.Warm it up: Rub your hands together to spread the cleansing milk evenly and warm it up slightly.

.Apply on face: Gently massage the cleansing milk onto your face using circular motions, starting from the center of your face and working outwards. Make sure you cover all areas, including forehead, nose, cheeks, chin, and neck.

.Massage for 1-2 minutes: Take your time massaging the cleansing milk into your skin to ensure that it effectively dissolves dirt and impurities.

.Focus on problem areas: Pay extra attention to areas with more oil or congestion, like the T-zone or jawline.

.Rinse off with lukewarm water: Using lukewarm water, thoroughly rinse the product off of your face until you feel clean but not stripped of moisture.

.Pat dry: Gently pat your face dry with a soft towel – don’t rub! Rubbing can cause irritation or redness on sensitive skin.

.Follow up with toner: Use a suitable toner to balance your skin’s pH level and prepare it for the next steps in your skincare routine.

.Moisturize: Finish off with a moisturizer tailored to your skin type to lock in hydration and keep your skin soft, supple, and healthy.

Incorporating cleansing milk into your daily regimen can help maintain the natural balance of your skin, preventing dryness or excess oil production. In just 12 simple steps, you’ll be on your way to refreshed and radiant skin.
