1. Set Your Intentions: Before attempting to communicate with spirits, it’s essential to set your intentions clearly. Determine your reasons for reaching out, whether it is to seek guidance, gain closure, or simply curiosity.

2. Choose a Comfortable Space: Find a quiet and peaceful place where you feel relaxed and safe. This space could be in your home or any other location that provides tranquility and makes you feel comfortable.

3. Create a Sacred Atmosphere: Light candles, burn incense, or use essential oils to create an ambiance that invites positive energy and spirituality. Consider playing soft music or using ambient sounds that evoke spiritual essence.

4. Focus on Your Breathing: Take deep breaths to calm your mind and body. Clear your thoughts by focusing on your breath, inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.

5. Meditate and Open Yourself Up Spiritually: Spend some time meditating as you center yourself emotionally and spiritually. Try visualization techniques or focus on objects related to the person you wish to contact, such as photographs or personal belongings.

6. Call Upon Your Spirit Guides: Ask for protection and guidance from your spirit guides or guardian angels during the communication process. Request their assistance in connecting with desired spirits safely and respectfully.

7. Use Tools for Communication: You may choose a preferred method of communication such as Ouija boards, pendulums, or automatic writing. Ensure you use these tools responsibly and with the proper intent.

8. Ask Questions and Show Respect: Address the spirit with kindness, respect, and an open mind when asking questions. Be patient during the process; spirits may communicate in different ways such as feelings, images, words, or sensations.

9. Record Your Experiences: Keep a journal of any messages received during your session; take note of any feelings or sensations experienced throughout the communication. These records can be useful when reflecting on your interaction with the deceased.

10. Close the Session: Thank your spirit guides and the spirits you’ve contacted for their time and energy. Release them from the connection and close the session by grounding yourself. You may do this by performing a cleansing meditation, visualizing a protective white light around yourself, or simply taking deep breaths and reconnecting with your environment.

As you embark on your spiritual journey to communicate with the dead, remember to approach the process with respect and an open heart. While not every encounter will provide immediate insight, each experience will contribute to your broader understanding of the spirit world and its connections to our living realm.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
