Bing is a popular search engine that is known for featuring beautiful and stunning images on its homepage. These images change daily and are often taken from different parts of the world, featuring different landscapes, natural wonders, cityscapes, and many more. If you are someone who loves stunning images and would like to use them as your desktop wallpaper, you’re in luck. In this article, we will show you how to set Bing’s background photos as your Windows 10 or 11 wallpaper.

Step 1: Open the Bing homepage

Firstly, open up a web browser and head over to www.bing.com. Here you will see the current Bing homepage with the beautiful featured image as the background.

Step 2: Download the image

Next, you will need to download the Bing background image. To do this, simply right-click on the image and select “Save picture as” from the drop-down menu. Choose a location on your computer to save the image.

Step 3: Access Windows Settings

Now, open up the Settings app in Windows 10 or 11. You can do this by clicking on the Start menu > Settings, or by pressing Windows key + I on your keyboard.

Step 4: Go to Personalization Settings

In the Settings app, click on the “Personalization” option. This will bring up a new window with customization options for your desktop background.

Step 5: Choose “Background” Settings

In the Personalization window, choose the “Background” option from the left-hand panel. This will bring up the background settings where you can change your desktop wallpaper.

Step 6: Select the Bing Image as your wallpaper

In the Background settings, scroll down until you see the “Choose your picture” section. Click on the “Browse” button and navigate to the location where you saved the Bing background image. Select the image and click “Choose picture.”

Step 7: Set picture as desktop wallpaper

Finally, click on the “Apply” button to set the Bing image as your new desktop wallpaper. You can now enjoy the stunning images featured on Bing’s homepage as your desktop background.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
