If you’ve ever come across a video on Instagram that you like so much that you want to share it on your own profile or with your friends, there is a quick and easy way to repost it. Instagram, being one of the most popular social media platforms, offers a wide range of features that enable users to share their creative content with others. In this article, we will show you how to repost a video on Instagram. So, let’s dive in!

Step #1: Install Third-Party Reposting App

Unfortunately, Instagram does not currently have a native reposting feature. However, there are many third-party apps available in both the App Store and Google Play Store that can help you repost videos on Instagram. The most popular reposting apps include Repost for Instagram, InstaRepost, and Regrammer. Once you have installed a reposting app of your choice, you can move on to the next step.

Step #2: Copying the Video’s Link

Now that you have downloaded the reposting app, the next step is to copy the link to the video you want to repost. You can do this by tapping on the three dots located at the top right corner of the post and then selecting “Copy Link.” Alternatively, you can tap and hold on the video and select “Copy Link” from the options menu that appears.

Step #3: Use the Reposting App

Once you have copied the link, open the reposting app you installed earlier, and paste the link into the designated field. Some apps will automatically save the video to your camera roll, while others will repost it directly to your Instagram account. Follow the prompts provided by the app to proceed. Some apps will allow you to add a watermark or caption before you repost, which can help to give proper credit to the original creator.

Step #4: Give Credit

It is essential to give credit to the original creator of the video you are reposting. Not only is it the right thing to do, but it also helps to promote a healthy community on Instagram. Most reposting apps provide an option to add credit to the original creator’s username, so be sure to utilize this feature.

In conclusion, reposting a video on Instagram is incredibly easy and can help you share content you like with your followers. However, it is important to use reputable third-party apps and give credit to the original creator. With these easy-to-follow steps, you can repost your favorite videos on Instagram like a pro!
