This is possible through screen mirroring. This means that you’ll be able to display your iOS device onto your Windows PC. Screen mirroring is an excellent tool for demonstrations, presentations, and entertainment. Here are the steps on how to mirror your iPhone or iPad’s screen on your Windows PC.

Step 1: Download and Install the Reflector 3 App

The first thing to do is to install the Reflector 3 app on your Windows PC. This app is an AirPlay receiver that enables your Windows computer to communicate with your iOS device. By doing so, you’ll be able to use your PC as a display for your iPhone or iPad. The Reflector 3 app is available for $14.99 with a 7-day free trial.

Step 2: Connect Your iPhone or iPad to Your Windows PC

To connect your iPhone or iPad to your Windows PC, you’ll need a USB cable. Plug one end of the cable into the iPhone or iPad and plug the other end into your Windows PC’s USB port. If prompted, select ‘Trust this computer’ on your phone. This step will ensure that your iOS device and your PC can communicate with each other.

Step 3: Let the Reflector 3 App Detect Your iOS Device

Once you’ve installed and launched the Reflector 3 app on your Windows PC, let it detect your iPhone or iPad. To do this, turn on the AirPlay feature of your iOS device. Swipe up from the bottom of your iPhone or iPad’s screen, and you’ll see the Control Center. Tap on the ‘Screen Mirroring’ option and select ‘Reflector 3’. Your iOS device’s screen should now display on your Windows PC.

Step 4: Start Screen Mirroring on Your Windows PC

After your iOS device has been detected, you can now start screen mirroring on your Windows PC. You can do this by clicking the ‘Start Recording’ button. The recording feature will let you record your iPhone or iPad’s screen. If you want to adjust the screen size, you can do so by clicking on the drop-down menu on the app’s interface.

Step 5: Stop Screen Mirroring

To stop screen mirroring, either swipe up on your iPhone or iPad’s screen and tap on the ‘Stop Mirroring’ option or click the ‘Stop Recording’ button on Reflector 3.

Final Thoughts

Screen mirroring your iPhone or iPad onto your Windows PC is a convenient way of displaying your device’s screen on a larger display. By following these easy steps, you’ll be able to mirror your iPhone or iPad’s screen onto your Windows PC in no time.
