Introduction: WhatsApp is one of the most popular messaging apps around the world, and using emojis can make the conversation more fun and expressive. In this article, we provide a step-by-step guide on how to access and use emojis in your WhatsApp chats.

Step 1: Update WhatsApp

– Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed on your device. Go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to download or update WhatsApp.

Step 2: Open a chat

– Open an existing chat or start a new one by tapping on the plus sign icon and selecting a contact.

Step 3: Access emojis

– Tap the text input field at the bottom of your screen to bring up your keyboard.

Step 4: Locate emoji button

– Find the emoji icon on your keyboard. The location may vary depending on your device, but it’s usually represented as a smiley face next to the text input field.

Step 5: Tap emoji button

– Tap on the emoji icon, which will open a collection of various emojis.

Step 6: Browse categories

– Scroll through various categories, including smileys, animals, food, flags, and symbols.

Step 7: Select an emoji

– To choose an emoji, simply tap on it.

Step 8: Add multiple emojis (optional)

– If you want to send multiple emojis in your message, select other emojis as desired before moving to the next step.

Step 9: Type a message (optional)

– If you would like to include text along with the emoji, type out your message while still having selected emojis visible in your input field.

Step 10: Send message

– Once you have completed composing your message with emojis and text (if any), tap the send button represented by a green arrow.

Step 11: Search for emojis (optional)

– If you’re looking for a specific emoji, tap the search icon (usually a magnifying glass) located near the emojis and type a keyword to find relevant emojis.

Step 12: Use recently used emojis

– For quick access to your recently used emojis, there is usually a clock icon located at the bottom of the emoji keyboard. Tap on it to view and select your frequently used emojis.

Step 13: Customize skin tone (optional)

– Some human emojis have adjustable skin tones. If available, tap and hold an emoji until a selection window opens, then choose your desired skin tone.

Step 14: Use stickers or GIFs (optional)

– If you’re more interested in sending stickers or GIFs, tap on the desired icon within the emoji panel. Stickers can be downloaded, and GIFs can be searched for based on keywords.

Step 15: Experiment with your chats

– Keep using and experimenting with different emojis to make your WhatsApp chats more interesting and entertaining.

Conclusion: Emojis are a fun and creative way to enhance your WhatsApp conversations. Follow these simple steps to access and use emojis with ease, making your chats more lively and engaging. Happy messaging!
