White phenyle is a powerful disinfectant and cleaning agent that is commonly used in households, hospitals, and other commercial spaces. Formulating your own white phenyle can be a cost-effective way to maintain cleanliness in your surroundings. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to formulate white phenyle.

1. Gather the ingredients:

To formulate white phenyle, you will need the following ingredients:

– Light creosote oil (100 ml)

– Concentrated pine oil (200 ml)

– Castor soap (20 g)

– Water (700 ml)

2. Prepare the soap solution: Grate the castor soap into small pieces and gradually dissolve it in 700 ml of water by stirring continuously. Make sure that all of the soap has dissolved completely before proceeding to the next step.

3. Mix the oils: In a separate container, mix 100 ml of light creosote oil with 200 ml of concentrated pine oil.

4. Prepare a double boiler: Fill a large pan with about an inch of water and place a smaller stainless steel or glass bowl inside it. This setup will allow you to heat the oil mixture without overheating or causing any damage.

5. Heat the oil mixture: Pour the creosote-pine oil mixture into the smaller bowl of your double boiler and start heating it over medium heat.

6. Add soap solution: Gradually add the prepared soap solution to the heated oil mixture while continuously mixing with a glass or stainless steel stirring rod.

7. Blend until emulsified: Keep stirring until the two mixtures have completely blended together, forming an emulsion. It should appear milky-white, indicating that the white phenyle has been formulated.

8. Remove heat: Once you have achieved an emulsion, remove the mixture from heat and allow it to cool down.

9. Bottle the white phenyle: Transfer the cooled white phenyle into a suitable container, such as a glass or plastic bottle, using a funnel.

10. Dilute and use: Your white phenyle concentrate is now ready for use. Typically, a 1:20 dilution (one partphenyle to twenty parts water) is recommended for effective disinfection and cleaning purposes.

By following these steps, you can create your own homemade white phenyle disinfectant that is not only cost-effective but also powerful in cleaning and maintaining your surroundings. Remember to always store the phenyle concentrate in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and handle it with care, as it contains strong chemicals.
