Outlook is a well-known email client that helps businesses and individuals manage their emails effectively. However, sometimes finding a specific email from a sender can be time-consuming. In this article, we will guide you on how to find all mail from a sender quickly in Outlook.

Use the Search Bar

The easiest way to find all email from a specific sender is to use the search bar in Outlook. Here’s how to do it.

1. Open your Outlook account and navigate to the inbox.

2. Click in the search bar located at the top of your inbox.

3. Type the sender’s name or email address in the search bar.

4. Press Enter or click the magnifying glass icon to begin your search.

5. Outlook will now filter all emails from the sender, and you can view them in one place.

Use Filters to Sort Your Emails

Another method to find all mail from a sender quickly is to use filters. This method is especially helpful when you have a lot of emails in your inbox that make it difficult to locate the sender’s mails.

1. Open your Outlook inbox.

2. Click on Filter Email in the Home tab.

3. Select From option from the drop-down list.

4. Type the sender’s name or email address in the search bar.

5. Press OK.

6. Outlook will now only display emails from the sender you have selected.

Create a Rule in Outlook

The last option is to create a rule that will automatically filter all email from the sender to a specific folder. Here is how to do it.

1. Open your Outlook inbox.

2. From the Home tab, click the Rules button and select Create Rule.

3. In the dialog box, select the emails sent by the desired sender.

4. Choose Move the Item to Folder.

5. Select the folder where you want to move all emails from that sender.

6. Click OK and then apply the rule.

From now on, all future emails from that sender will move automatically to the selected folder.

Conclusion

In conclusion, finding all mail from a sender quickly in Outlook is a straightforward process. You can use any of the above mentioned methods depending on your preference and requirements. Using search bars and filters are quick and easy to execute, while creating rule will automatically filter all emails from that sender to a folder of your choice. So, say goodbye to the hassle of looking for emails from a sender and use these techniques for seamless email management.
