Superbrain Yoga is a simple and effective technique that provides numerous benefits, such as improving brain function, memory, focus, and overall mental well-being. Developed by Master Choa Kok Sui, this practice is based on the principles of energy healing and ear acupuncture. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to perform Superbrain Yoga:

1. Find a quiet space: Look for a calm and comfortable environment where you can practice Superbrain Yoga without any distractions.

2. Stand with your feet apart: Plant your feet shoulder-width apart to ensure balance and proper alignment.

3. Face the East: To maximize the flow of energy during your practice, it’s recommended to face east while performing Superbrain Yoga.

4. Connect your tongue to the palate: Place the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth—an essential aspect of this exercise that helps stimulate energy flow in the body.

5. Cross your arms and connect your hands to your ears: Extend your left arm across your chest and use your index finger and thumb to grab hold of your right earlobe with gentle pressure—without covering the opening of the ear canal. Repeat this process for your right arm and left earlobe.

6. Inhale deeply: Take a slow, deep breath through your nose while maintaining a relaxed focus on your body and mind.

7. Squat down slowly: As you keep inhaling, gently lower yourself into a squatting position until your thighs are parallel or almost parallel to the ground—taking care not to strain your knees or ankles.

8. Hold for two seconds: Once you’ve reached a squat position that’s comfortable for you, hold it for two seconds before slowly releasing.

9. Exhale while rising: While maintaining steady pressure on both earlobes, exhale slowly as you start standing back up from the squatting position.

10. Repeat this process 14 times: To experience the full benefits of Superbrain Yoga, it’s advised to perform this exercise a total of 14 times, keeping a consistent rhythm while you breathe and squat.

11. Finish with gratitude: Once you’ve completed the full sequence, release your hands from your earlobes, bring your palms together in front of your heart, and take a moment to express gratitude for the practice.

Superbrain Yoga is an easy and accessible way to enhance and strengthen your cognitive abilities. By incorporating these 11 steps into your daily routine, you can support improved memory, concentration, and emotional balance.
