In this digital age, we often find ourselves needing to connect with others remotely. Conference calling is a great way to do just that. Whether it’s for work, school or socializing, it’s important to know how to conference call on your Android device.

1. Choose a Conference Call App

There are several apps available for Android devices that allow you to make conference calls. Some popular options include Google Meet, Zoom, and Skype. Choose an app that is suitable for your specific needs, and make sure everyone who will be joining the call has the app installed on their device.

2. Set Up the Conference Call

Once you have selected your app, the next step is to set up the conference call. Open the app and select the option to start a new call or meeting. You will then be prompted to invite others to join the call by sending them an invitation link or providing them with a meeting ID number and password.

3. Invite Participants to Join the Call

Invite participants to join the call by sending them an invitation link or a meeting ID number and password. Make sure to provide them with any necessary instructions such as how to download the app or how to join the call from their desktop or laptop.

4. Start the Conference Call

Once everyone has joined the call, the host can start the conference by clicking the Start Meeting button. Make sure everyone’s audio and video settings are correct, and that everyone can hear and see each other clearly.

5. Manage the Conference Call

As the host of the conference call, you can manage the call by muting or unmuting participants, controlling the camera and video display, and sharing your screen if necessary. Make sure to keep the call on track by setting an agenda and ensuring everyone has an opportunity to speak.

6. End the Conference Call

Once the call is complete, the host can end the conference by clicking the end call button. Participants will be disconnected from the call, and any recordings or chat histories will be saved as necessary.

In conclusion, conference calling on Android is a useful tool for connecting with others remotely. By choosing an app that suits your needs, inviting participants to join the call, starting and managing the conference call, and ending the call when it’s finished, you can stay connected with ease.
