1. Embrace Your Inner Guidette:

To become a true teen Guidette, you must first embrace your passion for fashion, makeup, and the glamorous lifestyle that comes with it. Be confident, fierce, and fearless in pursuing your dreams.

2. Develop Your Personal Style:

Find your own unique style that sets you apart from others. Experiment with different hairstyles, makeup looks, and clothing lines to create an ensemble that not only expresses who you are but also showcases your individuality.

3. Stay Active on Social Media:

Join social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to keep up with the latest trends and connect with other Guidettes. Share your new outfit choices, makeup looks, and daily activities to inspire others and grow your following.

4. Learn Jersey Shore Lingo:

Knowing how to communicate like a true Guidette is essential for fitting into the community. Familiarize yourself with Jersey Shore slang terms such as “GTL” (gym, tan, laundry) and “grenade” (unattractive girl), and incorporate them into your vocabulary.

5. Connect With Other Guidettes:

Form friendships with other teen Guidettes in your area or online through social media. They can provide valuable insight and advice while sharing similar interests in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle trends.

6. Keep Up With Fashion Trends:

Staying current with fashion is important for any Guidette hoping to make an impact. Attend local fashion events or simply browse through magazines and online resources to stay informed on what’s trending.

7. Master the Art of Makeup:

Crafting the perfect look often requires expert makeup skills. Invest time in perfecting your technique by watching tutorials online or signing up for lessons from professional cosmetologists.

8. Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle:

Make sure to visit the gym regularly and focus on a well-balanced diet to maintain a confident, radiant appearance. A healthy lifestyle will not only benefit your physical appearance but also improve your overall well-being.

9. Acquire the Right Accessories:

A true Guidette’s wardrobe is never complete without dazzling accessories such as high heels, oversized sunglasses, statement jewelry, and of course, the signature “poof.” These finishing touches can take your look to new heights.

10. Be Confident and Outgoing;

To shine as a Guidette, you must exude confidence in every aspect of your life. Remember, you are fabulous and fabulous people don’t let anyone dull their sparkle! Stay positive, engage with others, and be open to new experiences.

11. Represent Your Guidette Pride:

Lastly, proudly represent yourself in the teen Guidette community by participating in events and gatherings that celebrate this unique lifestyle. Don’t be afraid to showcase your style, and remember that being a Guidette is all about empowering yourself and those around you.

With these steps in mind, anyone can embrace their inner teen Guidette. Practice consistency and determination, and soon you’ll be the embodiment of a true modern-day Guidette!

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
