Ron Weasley, Harry Potter’s loyal friend and the king of one-liners, has given fans plenty of laughter and wisdom throughout the series. His humorous and sometimes poignant quotes have become iconic among the Harry Potter fandom. Here are the 15 best quotes from Ron Weasley that capture his character perfectly:

.”It’s not much, but it’s home.” – Ron Weasley instantly makes Harry feel comfortable by acknowledging The Burrow’s quirks.

.”You’re a little scary sometimes, you know that? Brilliant … but scary.” – Ron says to Hermione after she shows her prowess in handling situations.

.”Don’t let the muggles get you down.” – Offering Harry Potter some brotherly advice on dealing with non-magical troubles.

.”Why spiders? Why couldn’t it be ‘follow the butterflies’?” – His arachnophobia showing when he and Harry are entering the Forbidden Forest.

.”Can I have a look at Uranus, too, Lavender?” – Using humor to disrupt a Divination class in classic Ron fashion.

.”Bloody hell!” – Perhaps Ron’s most iconic exclamation, indicative of his shock or frustration.

.”After all this time? Always.” – Although not originally his line, fans can’t forget when Ron quoted Snape’s famous declaration of love for Lily Potter during an intense moment.

.”She needs to sort out her priorities!” – Ron’s practical take on Hermione’s concern for school regulations over their safety.

.”If you want to kill Harry, you’ll have to kill us too!” – Standing bravely with Harry in the face of danger, displaying his unfaltering loyalty.

.”I think we’ve had a bad influence on her.” – Said humorously about Hermione Granger as she becomes more rebellious through their adventures.

.“And that’s the second time we’ve saved your life tonight, you two-facedbastard!” – Ron doesn’t hold back his feelings towards Pettigrew upon learning of his betrayal.

.“That makes me sound a lot cooler than I was.” – Reflecting on how history remembers him in ‘The Cursed Child’.

.“We did it, we bashed them, wee Potter’s the one! And Voldy’s gone moldy,so let’s have fun!” – Joyously singing after Voldemort’s defeat with typical Ron flair.

.“You’ll pay for that one Malfoy! Eat slugs!” – Responding to Malfoy with a spell that backfires humorously yet shows Ron’s quick temper in defense of his friends.

.“This is going to sound crazy — but from what we know of magic, it is capable of extraordinary things.” – Showing his growing understanding and belief in magic’s deeper possibilities.

Ron Weasley’s blend of humor, honesty and heart makes these quotes stand out as memorable moments in the Harry Potter series and showcases why he remains one of literature’s most beloved characters.
