Ground Broken on Expansion of Freedom Public Library
Marion County officials celebrated the groundbreaking of the Freedom Public Library expansion in Ocala on November 12, 2024. The library will expand from 8,100 square feet to 32,000 square feet, providing more space for books, resources, and community activities. The expansion will include new study rooms, workspaces, and a children’s area.
