Gaithersburg Man Dies After Being Struck By Lexus
A tragic incident occurred in Gaithersburg where a 28-year-old man, Luis Rios Chirinos, was struck by a car while crossing Veirs Mill Road in Rockville on October 30. He succumbed to his injuries on November 11. The driver of the Lexus remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation. The Montgomery County Collision Reconstruction Unit is investigating the crash.
