Family of Legacy Health Security Guard Killed in Shooting Sues for $35M
The family of Bobby Smallwood, a security guard killed at Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center, has filed a $35 million wrongful death lawsuit against the hospital and Legacy Health. The lawsuit alleges that the hospital failed to implement security policies and respond to earlier incidents involving the shooter, PoniaX Kane Calles.
