Are you tired of the same old dinner recipes? It’s time to explore some delicious and easy pork dishes that are sure to spice up your mealtime routine. Pork is a highly versatile protein that can be prepared in a variety of ways, so why not try something new? Here are five easy and mouth-watering pork dinner ideas that will make your taste buds dance with delight.

1. Maple-Glazed Pork Chops

– Ingredients:

* 4 boneless pork chops

* Salt and pepper, to taste

* 2 tbsp olive oil

* 1/4 cup maple syrup

* 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

* 2 tbsp whole grain mustard

– Instructions:

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the pork chops and cook for about four minutes per side or until fully cooked. Remove the chops from the skillet and set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and mustard. Pour the glaze into the skillet and let it bubble for about two minutes. Return the pork chops to the skillet, coating them in the glaze, and cook for an additional two minutes per side.

2. Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

– Ingredients:

* 3 lbs of pork shoulder or butt

* Salt and pepper, to taste

* 1 cup barbecue sauce

* 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

* Water or broth (as needed)

– Instructions:

Season the pork with salt and pepper. Place it in a slow cooker along with barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, and enough water or broth just to cover the meat. Cover and cook on low for eight hours or on high for four hours. When done cooking, shred the pork using two forks and combine with the remaining sauce.

3. Garlic Herb Pork Tenderloin

– Ingredients:

* 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 lb)

* Salt and pepper, to taste

* 2 tbsp butter

* 4 cloves of garlic, minced

* 2 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary and thyme

– Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about two minutes. Add the pork tenderloin and sear each side for two minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle herbs over the tenderloin and transfer it to the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.

4. Pork Fried Rice

– Ingredients:

* 2 cups cooked rice

* 1 cup cooked diced or shredded pork

* 1 small onion, diced

* 2 cloves garlic, minced

* 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

* 2 eggs, beaten

* Soy sauce, to taste

– Instructions:

In a large skillet or wok, heat a little cooking oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, cooking until fragrant, about two minutes. Add in the cooked pork and mixed vegetables; stir-fry for four minutes. Push everything to one side of the pan and scramble the eggs on the other side. Combine everything and add the rice, soy sauce to taste, and stir-fry for an additional four minutes.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
