At Disney’s Star Wars:

Galaxy’s Edge, the culinary journey is as thrilling as the attractions themselves. Fuel your intergalactic adventure with an array of galactic fare that promises to delight the taste buds of Padawans and Jedi Masters alike.

Firstly, step into Oga’s Cantina for a host of otherworldly concoctions. The beverages here range from the Fuzzy Tauntaun, which tantalizes the senses with its “fuzzy” mouthfeel, to the non-alcoholic Blue Bantha, a refreshing blue milk served chilled with a bantha-inspired cookie garnish. Oga’s Cantina isn’t just about drinks; it also incorporates snacks for those looking for a light bite between missions.

For heartier appetites, Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo provides sustenance in a docking bay bustling with activity. Chef Strono “Cookie” Tuggs brings his culinary expertise to the table with dishes such as Smoked Kaadu Ribs featuring a unique blueberry corn muffin and cabbage slaw. For travelers seeking plant-based dishes, the Felucian Garden Spread – an herbaceous medley of kefta-style plant-based “meatballs,” herb hummus, and tomato-cucumber relish with pita – is sure to satisfy.

The Milk Stand is where you can try the famous blue and green milk first seen in the Star Wars films – both are plant-based, frosty beverages perfect for a day under Batuu’s twin suns. At Ronto Roasters, indulge in zesty wraps featuring roasted pork and grilled sausage or enjoy its morning counterpart – the Ronto Morning Wrap. Savor fresh-popped grains sprinkled with spices at Kat Saka’s Kettle or visit the local market to encounter sweet, sticky treats like those from a galaxy far, far away.

Last but not least is Bubo Wamba Family Farms booth where guests can sample curious dairy delights like green milk bread pudding or take home an exotic bottled beverage that doubles as a piece of Galaxy’s Edge memorabilia.

Whether you’re grabbing on-the-go treats or lingering over concoctions in Cantina corners, every morsel and sip in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is an experience not to be missed. May your taste adventures be as epic as your space odyssey!

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
