Concealment of Death Charge
Juan Pio Toto, 26, has been charged with concealment of death after the body of his ex-girlfriend, Atalia Pucheta Martinez, was found in Busse Woods Forest Preserve. Toto admitted to placing her body in a wooded area after an altercation. He is currently on electronic monitoring and awaiting further court proceedings.
