Cerence Names Ex-Intel Chief Krzanich CEO

BURLINGTON, MA – Cerence Inc., a leading provider of AI-powered speech technology, announced today that former Intel CEO Brian Krzanich has been appointed as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Krzanich succeeds Sanjay Dhawan, who will remain with Cerence as a strategic advisor.

Krzanich, known for his transformative leadership at Intel, brings a wealth of experience in technology, innovation, and driving growth to Cerence. During his tenure at Intel, he spearheaded a significant shift towards data-centric computing and led the company’s successful expansion into new markets.
