As podcasts continue to grow in popularity, it can be overwhelming to choose which ones to listen to, especially as a young adult. From current events to self-help, here are the best podcasts for young adults of 2023.

1. “The Daily” by The New York Times – For those who want to stay informed, “The Daily” is a must-listen. It’s a daily news podcast that breaks down the biggest news stories of the day in an easily digestible format.
