Harlan Coben has become a household name for mystery and thriller enthusiasts, with several of his books adapted into gripping Netflix series. In this article, we rank all 8 Harlan Coben Netflix shows from worst to best.

Starting the list at number 8 is “The Five”. While the show introduced an intriguing premise, it was sometimes criticized for pacing issues and less engaging character development compared to Coben’s other adaptations.

At number 7, we have “The Stranger”. This adaptation was met with mixed reviews. Some viewers found the twists compelling, but others thought they were too far-fetched, impacting the overall reception of the series.

Number 6 is reserved for “Safe”, which is another show that fans argue did not live up to its potential. Though Michael C. Hall’s performance was widely praised, some plotlines felt unresolved by the end of the series.

“The Innocent” comes in at number 5. This Spanish miniseries took a more nuanced approach to its storytelling, and while it garnered attention for its complexity and depth, it also left some viewers wanting more clarity.

“Stay Close” holds the number 4 spot. Its release was highly anticipated and it delivered a solid mystery with interwoven storylines. Nonetheless, some critics felt that certain plot points did not pack as much punch as in Coben’s previous works.

Landing at number 3 is “Gone For Good”. This French adaptation captured audiences with its emotional intensity and strong performances. The show maintained a good balance between character development and suspenseful storytelling.

Runner-up at number 2 is “The Woods”. The Polish series impressed with its atmospheric setting and faithful adherence to the source material. Its haunting narrative and strong character arcs made it a stand-out.

Topping our list at number 1 is none other than “No Second Chance”, another French adaptation that has been hailed as a masterful blend of tension, emotion, and mystery. It excelled in keeping viewers on the edge of their seats with its relentless pace and shocking twists.

Each of these ranking entries could be elaborated upon depending on individual opinions and detailed analysis, but this list provides an overall snapshot of Harlan Coben’s Netflix shows ranked from worst to best based on general viewer reception.
