How to Cancel Your Shipt Membership

Shipt is one of the popular online grocery delivery platforms that helps its members with grocery shopping by delivering the products to their doorstep. However, sometimes people may choose to cancel their membership for various reasons. If you are a Shipt member and looking to cancel your membership, here is a step-by-step guide on how to do it.

Step 1: Log in to your Shipt account

To cancel your Shipt membership, the first thing you need to do is log in to your Shipt account using your login credentials. Once you are logged in, go to the ‘Account’ section that is located in the top right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Go to the ‘Membership’ page

Once you are in the ‘Account’ section, click on the ‘Membership’ tab. This tab will take you to your membership page, where you can view all your membership details.

Step 3: Click on the ‘End Membership’ option

On the membership page, you will see an option called ‘End Membership’. Click on this button, and you will be redirected to the cancellation page.

Step 4: Choose the reason for canceling your membership

On the cancellation page, you will need to choose a reason for canceling your membership from the drop-down menu. Shipt provides several options, such as ‘Financial reasons’, ‘Moving out of the delivery area’, and ‘Not satisfied with the service’, among others.

Step 5: Confirm that you want to cancel your membership

Once you have selected the reason, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the ‘Continue’ button. This will take you to a new page where you will need to confirm that you want to cancel your membership.

Step 6: Receive confirmation of your cancellation

After you have confirmed your cancellation, Shipt will send you an email to confirm that your membership has been canceled. You will also get a notification on the Shipt app that your membership has been canceled.

In conclusion, canceling your Shipt membership is a straightforward process. All you need to do is log in to your account, go to the membership page, select the ‘End Membership’ option, choose a reason for canceling your membership, confirm your cancellation, and wait for the confirmation email. However, it is essential to note that canceling your Shipt membership means that you will no longer be able to enjoy the benefits that come with the membership. So make sure you think carefully before making the decision to cancel.
