Man Charged with Murder for Fatal Bay Area Mall Hit-and-Run
Vakautakava Tangitau, a 25-year-old Fairfield man, has been charged with running over and killing a pedestrian at Solano Town Center’s northside parking lot. Tangitau allegedly struck the victim multiple times before fleeing the scene. He was arrested and is being held without bail.
