5 Ways to Upgrade Your Snapchat Experience

Snapchat has become an essential social media platform for sharing moments and connecting with friends. With constant updates and new features, it’s important to stay up-to-date to get the most out of your Snapchat experience. In this article, we will cover five ways to upgrade your Snapchat game.

1.Customize Your Snapcode

Your Snapcode is a key element in adding friends easily and quickly on Snapchat. Customizing your Snapcode can make it more personal and appealing. To do this, simply open your profile by tapping on your Bitmoji icon, click the gear button for settings, and select “Snapcodes.” Then select “Edit Bitmoji Selfie” to change your Bitmoji’s appearance and choose from various poses, accessories, or expressions.

2.Try Creative Filters

Snapchat offers a wide array of filters that can transform your photos and videos, adding fun and creative elements to your snaps. Swipe left or right on your screen after taking a snap to explore available filters. You can even create custom filters for special occasions or events through the Snapchat website under “Create Your Own Filter.”

3.Use Stickers and Bitmoji Integration

Stickers and Bitmojis add a unique touch to your snaps, allowing you to express yourself in more exciting ways. To add stickers, tap the sticker icon after taking a snap and browse through the available options. You can search for specific stickers within the app as well. To integrate Bitmoji, make sure you have the separate Bitmoji app installed on your phone and linked with your Snapchat account.

4.Explore Augmented Reality (AR) Lenses

Snapchat’s AR lenses provide interactive experiences by overlaying digital content onto the real world through your camera lens. Simply tap and hold the screen to activate lenses and explore various options like face-tracking lenses or world lenses that allow you to place 3D objects in your physical environment. Don’t forget to try the latest lenses that often tie into current events or trends.

5.Organize Memories to Save Snaps

Snapchat Memories is a feature that allows you to save your snaps within the app, preventing them from disappearing after 24 hours. To save a snap to Memories, tap the download icon before sending it to your friends or posting it on your story. You can then access, organize, and relive these saved snaps in the “Memories” tab. Additionally, you can import photos from your camera roll and customize them with Snapchat’s editing tools before sharing.

With these upgrades, you’ll be well on your way to becoming a Snapchat pro and enhancing your social media experience. So go ahead and experiment with these features to create fun, engaging, and memorable snaps for your friends to enjoy.
