4 Ways to Activate WhatsApp Without a Verification Code

Introduction:

WhatsApp is an immensely popular messaging app used worldwide for both personal and professional purposes. However, activating the app usually requires a verification code sent to your mobile number. But what if you don’t have access to the phone number you initially registered with? No need to worry! There are several ways to activate WhatsApp without a verification code. In this article, we will explore four such methods.

1.Use a Landline Phone Number:

If you don’t have access to the mobile number you initially registered with, you can still use your landline phone number for registering on WhatsApp. Here’s how:

– Open WhatsApp and enter your landline number during the registration process.

– Select the “Call me” option when prompted for verification.

– You will receive a call from WhatsApp providing your verification code.

– Enter the verification code in the app, completing your registration.

2.Use TextNow or Second Phone Number App:

TextNow and similar apps provide users with a virtual phone number they can use to register on WhatsApp. To use this method, follow these steps:

– Download and install TextNow or another virtual number provider app on your device.

– Open the app and create an account.

– Note down the provided virtual number.

– Open WhatsApp and enter the virtual number during registration.

– Wait for your verification code, which will be sent to your virtual phone number within TextNow or your chosen app.

– Check your app’s messages, locate the verification code, and enter it in WhatsApp.

3.Backup and Restore:

If you have previously backed up your WhatsApp data using Google Drive or iCloud, you may be able to restore it without using a verification code.

– Uninstall then reinstall WhatsApp on your device.

– Open the reinstalled app, enter basic information (your name, etc.), and select “Restore.”

– Choose Google Drive or iCloud as the relevant backup source.

– Follow the prompts to restore your data.

Note: This method might not work in all cases and may require opting out of two-factor authentication (2FA).

4.Bypass Verification with Parallel Space:

Parallel Space is an app that allows users to create a separate space on their device for duplicate apps. By using Parallel Space, one can bypass WhatsApp’s verification process.

– Download and install the Parallel Space app on your device.

– Open Parallel Space, then follow the instructions to create a parallel space for WhatsApp.

– Install WhatsApp within the parallel space.

– Input your phone number and proceed with registration.

– Since WhatsApp running in Parallel Space doesn’t have access to your SMS messages, you won’t receive a verification code.

– Wait for 5 minutes for the SMS verification process to time out in Parallel Space. After that, select the “Call me” option and answer when you receive a call announcing your verification code

– Input the verification code in the app to complete activation.

Conclusion:

While activating WhatsApp without a verification code may seem challenging, it is not impossible. By using methods such as registering with a landline phone number or employing applications like TextNow, Parallel Space, or Second Phone Number, users can access WhatsApp even if they lack their original mobile number for verification. It’s important to note that these methods are merely alternatives, and users should always ensure they comply with WhatsApp’s terms of service.
