The rise of Linux as a viable platform for music production has accompanied an increase in the compatibility and effectiveness of Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) and plugins. Below is a list of 14 top DAWs and plugins that are sure to enhance any Linux-based music producer’s toolkit.

1.Ardour – Ardour is a fully-featured open-source DAW that’s suitable for recording, editing, mixing, and mastering audio and MIDI projects.
