– 1 ripe banana

– 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

4. Strawberry-Green Smoothie

– 2 cups spinach or kale leaves, tightly packed

– 1 apple, cored and chopped

– 1/4 cucumber, chopped

– 1 cup coconut water

5. Vegan Strawberry-Almond Smoothie

Ingredients:

– 2 cups fresh strawberries

– 1 banana, ripe
