Garlic juice is widely used for its pungent flavor and numerous health benefits. It’s a versatile condiment that can be incorporated into various recipes, such as marinades, dressings, and sauces. In this article, we will explore four different methods to make your own garlic juice at home.

1. Manual Extraction

Ingredients:

– Fresh garlic cloves (as many as desired)

Instructions:

1.Peel the garlic cloves and remove any green sprouts or hard ends.

2. Place the peeled garlic cloves on a chopping board and finely chop them.

3. Transfer the chopped garlic onto a clean cloth or cheesecloth, and wrap it securely.

4. Squeeze the wrapped garlic over a bowl to extract the juice.

2. Using a Garlic Press

Ingredients:

– Fresh garlic cloves (as many as desired)

Instructions:

1.Peel the garlic cloves and remove any green sprouts or hard ends.

2.Place one clove at a time into the garlic press chamber.

3. Squeeze the handles tightly to press the garlic and extract juice into a bowl or container.

4. Get rid of the leftover pulp before adding another clove into the press for each subsequent extraction.

3. Blender Method

Ingredients:

– Fresh garlic cloves (as many as desired)

– A small amount of water

Instructions:

1. Peel the garlic cloves and remove any green sprouts or hard ends.

2. Roughly chop the peeled cloves before adding them to your blender.

3. Add a small amount of water to help with blending; use just enough water to facilitate blending without diluting the flavor too much

4. Blend until you get a smooth mixture, then strain it using a mesh strainer over a bowl or container, pressing down with a spoon or spatula to extract all available juice.

4. Using a Juicer

Ingredients:

– Fresh garlic cloves (as many as desired)

Instructions:

1. Peel the garlic cloves and remove any green sprouts or hard ends.

2. Feed the peeled cloves through your juicer, following the manufacturer’s instructions for optimal extraction.

3. Collect the resulting garlic juice in a container or glass.

Now that you know four different ways to make garlic juice, you can experiment with each method and find the one that best suits your needs. Just remember that freshly prepared garlic juice offers the most potent flavor and health benefits, so try to use it within a day or two of preparation. Enjoy adding this flavorful and beneficial ingredient to your meals!
