The Neewer TT560 Flash Speedlite is a budget-friendly flash unit that offers a decent set of features for amateur and professional photographers alike. In this review, we’ll take a closer look at its design, performance, and overall value.

Design

At first glance, the Neewer TT560 looks like a standard flash unit with a black plastic body and a large LCD screen on the back. It measures 7.5 x 2.6 x 3.9 inches and weighs just 11.2 ounces, making it compact and lightweight enough to carry around in your camera bag.

The flash head can be tilted up to 90 degrees and rotated up to 270 degrees, giving you plenty of flexibility in terms of positioning the light source. It also comes with a built-in diffuser and a reflector panel that can be used to soften the light or redirect it as needed.

Performance

The Neewer TT560 is compatible with most Canon, Nikon, and other DSLR cameras, and can be triggered either by a hot shoe or a wireless trigger. It has a guide number of 38m/125ft, which is decent enough for most indoor and outdoor shooting scenarios.

One of the standout features of this flash unit is its manual mode, which allows you to adjust the power output in 1/8th increments. This gives you a high degree of control over the lighting and enables you to experiment with different lighting setups and effects.

Value

The Neewer TT560 is one of the most affordable flash units on the market, retailing for around $30-40 depending on where you buy it. Given its low price point, it offers a surprisingly good set of features and performance that make it a great value for amateur and professional photographers alike.

Overall, the Neewer TT560 is a solid flash unit that offers good performance, flexibility, and value for its price. If you’re looking for an affordable and reliable flash unit that won’t break the bank, this is definitely one to consider.
