Are you tired of losing important emails or struggling to find them in your inbox? Save them as PDF files using the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad to keep them organized and easily accessible.

Here are the steps to save your emails as PDF files:

1. Open the Mail app and select the email you want to save.

2. Tap and hold on the email until a menu appears.

3. Select “Print” from the menu.

4. Pinch your fingers together on the preview of the email to launch the “Share” menu.

5. Swipe left on the bottom row of icons until you see “Save to Files.” Tap it.

6. Choose a folder to save the PDF file in and tap “Save.”

Now you can access the PDF file of your email from the Files app on your iPhone or iPad. You can also easily share it with others via email or messaging apps.

Saving emails as PDF files is a great way to keep track of important information, receipts, or documents. It also reduces clutter in your email inbox, making it easier to find the emails you need.

Plus, PDF files are universally compatible, so you can view them on any device without worrying about file format compatibility issues.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
