1. Confidence: Confidence is key when approaching a girl. Stand tall, maintain eye contact, and project your voice clearly. Remember, you have nothing to lose but everything to gain. Be comfortable with who you are, and she will see that too.

2. Grooming and Style: Dress neatly and maintain good hygiene. Smell good, wear presentable clothing and pay attention to details like your shoes and hair. These small things add up to create an attractive image.

3. Humor: People appreciate a person who can make them laugh. Develop your ability to be funny through practice and learning from others. It will help you not only in picking up girls but also in social situations.

4. Active Listener: Listen attentively when a girl talks to you. Nod regularly, maintain eye contact and respond genuinely to show her that you’re truly interested in her thoughts and opinions.

5. Compliments: Giving genuine compliments helps establish rapport quickly and sets a positive tone for any interaction.Show appreciation for her looks or anything unique that catches your attention, but make it sincere and specific.

6. Learn Body Language: Reading non-verbal cues is important when communicating with anyone. Observe her body language – whether she’s leaning towards you or away from you – to gauge her level of interest or comfort.

7. Be Mindful of Boundaries: Recognize the line between flirting and making someone uncomfortable; don’t cross it by being overly touchy or pushy in conversation. Respect her personal space and feelings.

8. Practice Conversation Skills: Engaging in thoughtful conversations is an impressive skill few possess.Be curious about her life, ask open-ended questions and share relatable stories. It’ll make the conversation flow easily between both of you.

9. Be Genuine: Being genuine trumps almost every other piece of advice.Be honest about who you are, your interests, and intentions. Not only will you feel comfortable in your own skin, but it will also help you build healthier relationships.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
