As the weekend rolls in, it’s the perfect time to unwind with a good movie. With so many streaming services at your disposal, choosing a film can be overwhelming. Here are nine top-notch movies across Netflix, Prime Video, Peacock, and more that promise a quality viewing experience this weekend:

.On Netflix: “The Irishman” – Martin Scorsese’s epic saga of organized crime in post-war America is told through the eyes of World War II veteran Frank Sheeran. This gripping film features powerhouse performances from Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, and Joe Pesci.

.On Prime Video: “Sound of Metal” – This poignant drama follows a drummer who starts to lose his hearing and has to come to terms with a future that will be filled with silence. Riz Ahmed’s performance is deeply moving and earned the film several award nominations.

.On Peacock: “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind” – Dive into this inventive romantic sci-fi drama that will have you questioning if erasing memories could truly lead to happiness. With Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet leading the film, it’s an emotional journey you won’t forget.

.On Hulu: “Parasite” – Bong Joon-ho’s Oscar-winning masterpiece mixes dark comedy with social commentary. This South Korean film explores class disparity as it follows two families on opposite sides of the wealth divide.

.On HBO Max: “Joker” – Joaquin Phoenix’s transformative performance in this gritty character study of Arthur Fleck’s descent into madness provides an unsettling look at one of pop culture’s most iconic villains.

.On Disney+: “Soul” – From Pixar comes a beautifully animated, thought-provoking story about a music teacher who gets the chance to understand what it truly means to have soul.

.On Netflix: “Marriage Story” – An insightful and compassionate look at a crumbling marriage and a family staying together apart. Scarlett Johansson and Adam Driver deliver compelling performances in this candid portrayal of love, loss, and hope.

.On Prime Video: “The Grand Budapest Hotel” – Wes Anderson’s delightful caper takes you on a whimsical journey through the adventures of Gustave H, a legendary concierge at a famous European hotel between the wars.

.On Apple TV+: “Greyhound” – Tom Hanks stars in this high-stakes World War II thriller that follows an inexperienced U.S. Navy captain as he leads an Allied convoy being stalked by Nazi U-boat wolfpacks.

Each of these films offers something unique—whether you’re in the mood for drama, comedy, action, or something that defies genres, this curated list will help make your movie selection process effortless and enjoyable!
