The weekend offers the perfect opportunity to dive into some of the best storytelling on TV, and Hulu has no shortage of captivating miniseries that can be consumed in a single weekend. Here are seven Hulu miniseries that promise to deliver top-tier entertainment:

1. Little Fires Everywhere – Based on Celeste Ng’s bestselling book, this drama featuring Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington explores the intricacies of motherhood, class, and race. The powerhouse performances and complex characters will keep you hooked throughout all eight episodes.

2. The Act – This gripping anthology series retells true crime stories, with the first season focusing on Gypsy Rose Blanchard and the murder of her mother. The chilling performances by Patricia Arquette and Joey King earned them both Emmy nominations.

3. Castle Rock – Stephen King fans will revel in this psychological horror series that intertwines characters and themes from his iconic books. Set in the fictional town of Castle Rock, Maine, each season tells an entirely new story full of suspense and supernatural eeriness.

4. 11.22.63 – Another treat for Stephen King enthusiasts, this sci-fi thriller stars James Franco as a teacher who time-travels to prevent the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. What unfolds is a layered narrative that explores the threads of history and consequence.

5. Catch-22 – This darkly comedic adaptation of Joseph Heller’s novel is about a WWII bombardier trying to maintain his sanity in the face of absurd military bureaucracy. Executive produced by George Clooney, who also appears in a supporting role, this six-episode series captures the mix of satire and tragedy present in its source material.

6. Mrs. America – Dive into the history of the 1970s feminist movement with this star-studded show featuring Cate Blanchett as conservative activist Phyllis Schlafly. The series examines the cultural wars over the Equal Rights Amendment offering an eye-opening look at one of America’s most transformative eras.

7. Normal People – Adapted from Sally Rooney’s novel, this intensely emotional series tells the story of Marianne and Connell as they weave in and out each other’s lives from high school through university; it’s a tale about love’s complexities that resonates deeply.

Whether you’re looking for drama or comedy, true crime or horror, these miniseries on Hulu offer compelling storytelling that can easily be enjoyed over a leisurely weekend binge-watching session.
