1. Blade Runner (1982)

Directed by Ridley Scott, Blade Runner is a timeless classic, starring Harrison Ford as Rick Deckard, a detective who hunts down rogue androids known as replicants. 2. The Matrix (1999)

The Wachowskis’ groundbreaking masterpiece stars Keanu Reeves as Neo, a computer hacker who discovers that his reality is a computer simulation created by machines to enslave humanity. With its innovative action sequences and mind-bending philosophical themes, The Matrix remains an influential movie in both visual effects and storytelling.

3. Inception (2010)

Christopher Nolan’s Inception takes viewers on an exhilarating journey through dream worlds with its astounding visual effects and powerful storyline. Starring Leonardo DiCaprio as Dom Cobb, an expert who steals secrets through shared dreams, the film delves deep into uncertainties regarding our own existence and raises questions about the power of imagination.

4. Her (2013)

In Spike Jonze’s Her, Joaquin Phoenix plays Theodore Twombly, a lonely man living in a futuristic society who falls in love with an artificial intelligence voiced by Scarlett Johansson. Besides providing fascinating glimpses of how AI might intertwine with human society in the not-so-distant future, the film discusses love, relationships, and the ever-evolving nature of human connection.

5. Ex Machina (2014)

This British film directed by Alex Garland features outstanding performances by Alicia Vikander, Domhnall Gleeson, and Oscar Isaac.
