4 Ways to Dye Hair with Kool Aid

Introduction:

Kool Aid is not just a colorful, refreshing drink loved by millions; it can also be an innovative and cost-effective way to dye your hair! With a variety of colors and simple application techniques, Kool Aid can be an exciting option to explore when wanting a temporary hair color change. In this article, we will discuss 4 different methods to dye your hair using Kool Aid.

1. The Classic Method – Direct Application

Ingredients:

– Unsweetened Kool Aid packets (color of your choice)

– Water

– Applicator brush or small sponge

– Gloves (optional)

Instructions:

1. Mix the Kool Aid powder with a few drops of water until it forms a paste.

2. Apply the mixture to dry hair using an applicator brush or small sponge. Be sure to apply it evenly over all sections you want colored.

3. Let the color sit in your hair for 15-30 minutes.

4. Rinse with cold water, avoiding using soap or shampoo until necessary.

2. The Dip Dye Method
