Whether you’re hosting a gathering, or simply having a quiet night in, these recipes are perfect for any occasion. Let’s dive in and discover how to make these delicious, yet light cocktails!

1. Vodka Soda with a Twist

A classic option for those who want something simple and light, this low-calorie vodka drink is easy to make and even easier to enjoy. Here’s what you need:

– 2 oz vodka

– 4 oz club soda

– Lime wedge (or any other citrus fruit)

Instructions:

1. Fill a glass with ice.

2. Add the vodka and club soda.

3. Squeeze the lime wedge into the glass and gently stir.

4. Garnish with a slice of lime or your preferred citrus fruit on the rim of the glass.

2. Skinny Moscow Mule

The Moscow mule is known for its refreshing taste without being too heavy on calories. Give it an even lighter twist with these modifications:

– 2 oz vodka

– 6 oz diet ginger beer

– ½ oz fresh lime juice

– Mint leaves (optional)

Instructions:

1. Fill a copper mug or glass with ice.

2. Add the vodka and lime juice.

3. Top up the glass with diet ginger beer and gently stir.

4. Garnish with a sprig of mint leaves and/or a lime wheel.

3. Cucumber Vodka Collins

This low-calorie vodka drink packs a flavorful punch while still keeping things light and refreshing, thanks to cucumber infused water:

– 2 oz vodka

– 4 oz cucumber-infused water (or seltzer)

– ¾ oz fresh lemon juice

– ¾ oz zero calorie sweetener (such as Stevia)

– Cucumber slice and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a shaker with ice, add the vodka, cucumber-infused water, lemon juice, and sweetener.

2. Shake well to combine.

3. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.

4. Garnish with a cucumber slice and mint leaves.

These low-calorie vodka drinks allow you to enjoy your favorite cocktails without the guilt. So go ahead, impress your friends and family or simply treat yourself to one (or all) of these mouthwatering, waistline-friendly options! Cheers!
