3 Ways to Get Free Shipping on Amazon

As an avid online shopper, you understand the value of getting free shipping on your Amazon orders. It not only helps you save money but also enhances your overall shopping experience. Fortunately, there are several methods to score free shipping on Amazon. In this article, we will explore three simple yet effective ways to get free shipping for your Amazon purchases.

1.Join Amazon Prime

One of the most popular methods to receive free shipping on Amazon is by joining their membership program called Amazon Prime. Upon subscribing, you will gain access to numerous benefits, including free two-day shipping on millions of items. In some cases, you can even enjoy same-day or one-day delivery at no additional cost. Moreover, Prime also offers various entertainment perks such as streaming TV shows, movies, and music.

Though Amazon Prime carries an annual subscription fee ($119 for a regular membership or $59 for students), you can take advantage of their 30-day free trial to test the waters before making a commitment.

2.Shop through the “Free Shipping by Amazon” Filter

When browsing categories or searching for items on Amazon, you can use the helpful filter called “Free Shipping by Amazon” to limit your search results only to those products that are eligible for free shipping. To apply this filter, simply check the “Free Shipping by Amazon” box located in the left sidebar under “Refine by.”

This method may not always yield extensive product choices and might exclude specific products or brands. However, it is a quick and convenient way to search for eligible items without racking up additional shipping charges.

3.Reach a Minimum Purchase Threshold

Another way to secure free shipping on your Amazon order is by reaching the required minimum purchase threshold established by the company. Currently, non-Prime customers must spend at least $25 worth of eligible items in their cart to qualify for free shipping.

Keep in mind that these items should be labeled as “Shipped and Sold by Amazon” or “Fulfilled by Amazon” in order to contribute to the minimum threshold. Moreover, this type of free shipping might come with longer delivery times as compared to Prime shipping.

In conclusion, snagging free shipping on your Amazon purchases is relatively easy if you utilize the methods provided above. By joining Amazon Prime, using the “Free Shipping by Amazon” filter, or reaching a minimum purchase requirement, you can save a considerable amount on shipping fees while enjoying a smooth and convenient online shopping experience.
