Venmo is a widely known digital wallet that allows users to pay and request money from friends. This makes everyday transactions more convenient, particularly when splitting bills or sharing expenses. To use Venmo, you need to add a debit card, credit card, or bank account to your profile. In this article, we will explore three ways to add a debit card to your Venmo account.

3. Tap the three horizontal lines at the top left corner to open the menu.

4. Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.

5. Tap “Payment Methods” in the settings.

6. Click “Add bank or card,” then choose “Card.”

7. Enter your debit card information and tap “Add” at the bottom of the screen.

Method 2: Through the Venmo Website

1. Visit venmo.com on your computer or mobile web browser.

2. Sign in using your email address or phone number.

3. Click on your profile icon at the top right corner of the page.

4. Select “Settings” from the dropdown menu.

5. Go to “Payment Methods” inside settings.

6. Click “Add bank or card” and select “Card.”

7. Fill in your debit card information and click “Add Card.”

Method 3: Adding a debit card while making a payment

1. Open the Venmo app and log in, or visit venmo.com and log in through a web browser.

2. Tap on the “Pay or Request” button (mobile app) or click on it (website).

3. Enter recipient’s username, email, or phone number and type in the amount you’d like to pay.

4. When you reach the screen where you choose a payment method, select “Add bank or card.”

5. Choose “Card,” input your debit card information, and click “Add.”

Conclusion:

Venmo makes it simple to add a debit card to your account, ensuring that your transactions are hassle-free and secure. With these three methods, it’s easy to add your debit card to Venmo and begin enjoying the convenience of quick digital payments. Always remember to protect your financial information by keeping your passwords secure and only using trusted networks to access your account.
