Sending a complete webpage through email has always been a challenge because most email clients can only support simple content like text and images. But with the advancement of technology, there are now easier ways to send complete webpages via email.

Here are 3 easy ways to send a complete webpage via email:

1. Use a browser extension

Using a browser extension to send a complete webpage via email is one of the easiest ways. There are several browser extensions available in the market that can help you send a complete webpage without any hassle. Some popular browser extensions include Full Page Screen Capture, Nimbus Screenshot, and LightShot. These extensions let you capture the whole webpage and save it in an image or PDF format. Once saved, you can attach the file to an email and send it to your recipient.

2. Utilize A Third-Party Application

There are several third-party applications that allow you to send a complete webpage via email. One such tool is a website, which is called WebToPDF. This website lets you convert any webpage into a PDF file. Once converted, you can download the PDF file and attach it to your email. Another popular tool is Papier, which lets you send a complete webpage as a beautiful email newsletter.

3. Forward as an Archive

Most email clients have an option to forward an email as an archive. This option lets you send the complete webpage as a .mht or .eml file. All you have to do is open the webpage you want to send, save it as a .mht or .eml file, and attach it to an email and send it to the recipient. The recipient can then open the file on their computer and view the complete webpage.

In conclusion, sending a complete webpage via email has always been tricky, but with the above easy ways, it can be done conveniently. Using a browser extension, a third-party application, or forwarding as an archive is the best and easiest way to send a complete webpage via email. You can choose any of these methods that suit you best and send webpages to your recipients.
