Introduction:

When it comes to the modern driving experience, cupholders have become a key factor in determining vehicle comfort and driver satisfaction. As automobile manufacturers continue to create innovative designs aimed at enhancing functionality, prospective car owners find themselves placing increasing importance on a vehicle’s ability to accommodate their hydration needs. For many, this means accommodating the beloved Nalgene bottle.

In this article, we explore the 2024 Buick Envista and put its cupholders to the ultimate test – will the classic Nalgene bottle fit?

Cupholder Basics of The 2024 Buick Envista:

The 2024 Buick Envista, a sleek and stylish luxury sedan, isn’t lacking in features that make it an appealing choice for car-buyers. One of those features is a focus on practicality through ample storage and cupholder space. The interior of this car boasts four cupholders – two in the front console and two in the rear fold-down armrest.

The Cupholder Mega Test:

To determine whether or not the Nalgene bottle can fit securely in each of these cupholders, we put the 2024 Buick Envista through a rigorous series of tests. Our standard Nalgene used for testing measures at 3.65 inches in diameter and holds 32 ounces of liquid – a popular size among hikers, athletes, commuters, and more.

Test #1: Front Console Cupholders

While both front console cupholders feature anti-slip rubber grips to accommodate varying bottles’ sizes; they did have slightly different diameters. The left holder had an opening wide enough for the Nalgene to fit snugly while still allowing room for easy access during driving. However, it was not quite as spacious where accessing with your right hand may be slightly more difficult due to its smaller diameter.

Test #2: Rear Fold-Down Armrest Cupholders

The rear seat passengers luck was also on their side as they also had access to generously-sized cupholders. These rear cupholders were more than capable of accommodating the Nalgene bottle – in fact, they were even ample enough to hold larger bottles such as the 40-ounce HydroFlask. Passengers can enjoy long road trips with their favorite large water bottles kept securely in place.

Conclusion:

When it comes to the 2024 Buick Envista, the overall verdict is that yes, your beloved Nalgene bottle will find a secure and comfortable home within this luxury sedan’s cupholders. While the front right cupholder may not be as convenient to access when filled with larger bottles, the remaining space has proven more than sufficient for a variety of drinkware options.

So, if you’re eyeing the 2024 Buick Envista and hoping it will keep you hydrated on long drives with your trusty Nalgene bottle securely at hand, you can rest easy knowing that this vehicle’s got you covered.
