1. Confidence: Confidence is attractive to anyone, and displaying self-assurance can help draw the attention of a boy who’s ignoring you. Stand tall, maintain eye contact, and exude an air of confidence when you’re around him.

2. Be Yourself: Don’t change who you are to gain someone’s attention. Being genuine and true to yourself will make you more appealing and interesting to the people around you, including the boy who’s ignoring you.

3. Get Involved: Participate in activities that he likes or is involved in, as long as they interest you too. This can create common ground between you and provide an opportunity for conversations and bonding.

4. Show Interest in His Hobbies: Ask questions and express curiosity about his interests. This demonstrates that you genuinely care about what he enjoys, making him feel valued and more inclined to pay attention to you.

5. Be a Good Listener: People are drawn to those who can listen well. Practice being an attentive listener when he speaks, showing empathy and understanding toward his thoughts and feelings.

6. Socialize: Engage with others around you when he is present. Laughing with your friends can send a positive message about your personality traits, which may catch his attention.

7. Dress Well: First impressions matter, so take care of your appearance and dress appropriately for any occasion where you’re likely to see him.

8. Be Kind: Show kindness towards others; it demonstrates empathy and compassion, which are attractive qualities that the boy might appreciate.

9. Humor: A good sense of humor is universally appreciated, so try being light-hearted and funny around him without going overboard or trying too hard.

10.Show Your Intelligence: Stimulate conversations that showcase your knowledge or thoughtful opinions on various topics. This may spark his interest in engaging with you intellectually.

11.Give Him Space: Avoid being overly pushy and give him room to breathe. Being too aggressive can be off-putting and may actually push him further away from you.

12.Flirt Subtly: Playful, light-hearted flirtation can help break the ice and pique his interest. Remember to keep it subtle – a warm smile or a casual touch on the arm goes a long way.

13. Initiate Conversations: If he is still not taking the first step, try initiating conversations yourself. Get to know more about him and find common topics that can keep the conversation flowing.

Remember, you should never force someone’s attention or have to change who you are completely to gain their notice. Be patient, and if he still seems unresponsive or disinterested, it might be best to move on and focus your efforts elsewhere.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
