Introduction:

Plant-based diets are becoming increasingly popular, and Beyond Meat has played a crucial role in this shift. Their groundbreaking Beyond Burger offers the taste and texture of beef without any animal products. In this article, we will explore how to cook the perfect Beyond Meat burger at home using tips from CNET.

Ingredients:

– Beyond Burger patties

– Burger buns

– Preferred seasoning (e.g., salt, black pepper, garlic powder)

– Toppings of choice (e.g., lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles)

– Condiments (e.g., ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise)

– Cooking oil (e.g., vegetable, canola)

Instructions:

1. Defrost the burger patties: The Beyond Meat burgers are sold frozen. Before cooking, remove them from the freezer and allow them to defrost in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

2. Seasoning: To enhance flavor, season both sides of each patty with your preferred seasoning. You could keep it simple with just salt and pepper or customize it according to your preference.

3. Preheat your cooking surface: Heat a grill or non-stick pan over medium-high heat until hot. Add a splash of cooking oil to prevent sticking.

4. Cook the patties: Place the seasoned burger patties onto the preheated grill or pan and cook for about 3 minutes on each side for a “medium-rare” appearance or 4 minutes on each side if you prefer your burger well done.

5. Toast the buns: While the burgers are cooking, toast your buns for 1-2 minutes on the grill or pan until they’re slightly crispy but not burnt.

6. Assemble and serve: Once cooked, remove the patties from heat and let them rest for a moment before placing them on the toasted buns. Add your desired toppings and condiments, and enjoy your delicious Beyond Meat burger!

Conclusion:

With these easy steps and tips from CNET, you can cook and enjoy a scrumptious Beyond Meat
burger at home while reaping the benefits of plant-based protein. Happy grilling!
