1. He shares his interests with you: A nerdy guy would rarely open up about his interests and hobbies. If he starts sharing them with you, it shows that he wants to connect with you and wants you to know more about him.

2. He initiates conversation: Nerdy guys may be introverted, but if he’s always the one starting a conversation with you, it’s likely that he’s interested in getting to know you better.

3. He’s eager to help you with your problems: Whether it’s technical or not, if a nerdy guy is quick to jump in and help you out when you’re facing a problem, it could be a sign that he likes you.

4. He asks for your opinion on things: This is especially important if he’s asking for your views on topics that are dear to him, like technology or his favorite comic books. It shows that he values your thoughts and opinions.

5. He remembers the little things: If he remembers small details about your conversations or things you’ve mentioned in passing, then it’s likely that he genuinely likes you and is paying close attention to everything you say.

6. He gets nervous around you: Just like anyone who likes someone else, nerdy guys can also get nervous around their crushes. If his voice cracks or he stammers while talking to you, chances are high that he likes you.

7. He makes an effort to spend time with you: If a nerdy guy goes out of his way to be around you or invites you to join him in activities related to his hobbies, then it could be because he wants to spend more time with you.

8. He compliments your intelligence: While everyone loves receiving compliments, when a nerdy guy specifically compliments your intellect or your knowledge on certain subjects, it can be a sign that he finds an intellectual connection with you and is attracted to it.

9. He introduces you to his friends: If he likes you, he would want his friends to like you too. Introducing you to his nerdy group of friends is essentially making you a part of his world – a clear indication that he likes you.

10. He tries to impress you: A subtle way for nerdy guys to tell that they like someone is by trying to impress them. This can be showcased by sharing their successes, skills, or knowledge in areas they’re passionate about.

By paying close attention to these ten signs, you’ll have a better chance at understanding if that seemingly shy, nerdy guy in your life actually likes you. If you find multiple signs pointing towards this conclusion, embrace the opportunity and take a chance on him – after all, nerdy guys can make for great companions!

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
