Google Drive is an excellent tool for storing and managing files, including photos. If you are an iPhone user and have images that you want to upload to Google Drive, you’re in the right place. This article will guide you step by step on how to upload photos to Google Drive from an iPhone device.

Step 1. Download Google Drive app on your iPhone

Firstly, download and install the Google Drive app on your iPhone. If you already have the app, make sure it is updated to the latest version.

Step 2. Sign in or Create Google account

Once you have downloaded the app, open it and log in to your Google account. If you don’t have a Google account, create one by clicking on the “Create Account” button.

Step 3. Click on the “+” Button

After logging in, click on the “+” button located at the bottom right corner of the screen. This will open a menu that will allow you to choose the files that you want to upload to Google Drive.

Step 4. Choose Upload Option

From the menu, select the “Upload” option to browse through your iPhone’s Camera Roll for the photos that you want to upload. Alternatively, you can select “Photos” or “Videos” options, depending on the type of media file you want to upload.

Step 5. Choose the Photos You Want to Upload

Browse through your photos and select the ones you want to upload to Google Drive. You can select multiple photos by tapping on each one of them.

Step 6. Click on the Upload Button

After selecting the photos, click on the “upload” button located at the top right corner of the screen. This will initiate the upload process, and the photos will be uploaded to your Google Drive account.

Step 7. Monitor Upload Progress

During the upload process, you can monitor the progress, and if you want to cancel the upload, tap on the “X” button located beside the upload progress bar.

Step 8. Check Uploaded Photos

After you have completed the upload, you can check the uploaded photos by navigating to the Google Drive app’s home page. You can also access the photos from your Google Drive account on your computer or any other device.

In conclusion, uploading photos to Google Drive from your iPhone is simple and straightforward. All you need is to download and install the Google Drive app, log in to your Google account, and follow the steps outlined above. You can now store your photos safely and securely on your Google Drive account.
