Sharing your Wi-Fi password on Android can be a convenient way to let your friends and family use your Wi-Fi network without having to manually enter the password. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do it:

1. Open your Wi-Fi settings:

Go to your phone’s settings and tap on “Wi-Fi.”

2. Connect to the network:

Connect to the Wi-Fi network that you want to share the password for.

3. Tap on the network name:

Once you are connected, tap on the network name to open the details page.

4. Share the password:

On the details page, you will see an option to “Share” the password. Tap on it and select the method you want to use to share the password. You can share it via QR code, or you can share it directly with another device via Bluetooth.

5. Confirm the sharing:

Once you have selected the sharing method, confirm the sharing process by following the on-screen instructions. For example, if you chose to share the password via QR code, you will need to show the code to the other person so they can scan it with their device.

That’s it! You have successfully shared your Wi-Fi password on Android.

It’s worth noting that if you have a password-protected Wi-Fi network, you should only share your password with people you trust. Also, make sure that you disconnect from the network after sharing the password to prevent unwanted access to your network.

In conclusion, sharing your Wi-Fi password on Android is a simple process that can save you and your friends time and effort. Just remember to be cautious when sharing your password and to disconnect from the network after sharing it.

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject.
