A fidget spinner is a simple, portable device that can help with focus, stress relief, and relaxation. You can easily make one at home by following these 13 steps:

1. Gather materials: You’ll need a skateboard bearing, small coins (like pennies or washers), super glue, and a material for the body of the spinner (such as cardboard, plastic, or even metal).

2. Choose a design: Decide on a shape for your fidget spinner, like a classic tri-spinner or even a unique custom design.

3. Cut out the body: Using the chosen material, cut out the shape of your fidget spinner.

4. Prepare the bearing: Clean the skateboard bearing by removing any grease or dirt to ensure smooth spinning.

5. Attach the bearing: Place the bearing in the center hole of your fidget spinner’s body and secure it with super glue.

6. Balance the spinner: Attach small coins or washers evenly around the outer edges of your spinner to add weight and ensure proper balance.

7. Glue weights in place: Use super glue to attach all additional weights securely to your fidget spinner’s body.

8. Ensure smooth spinning: Test spin your fidget spinner to make sure it spins smoothly and consistently.

9. Sand edges if needed: Smooth any rough edges or burrs on your fidget spinner’s body by using fine-grit sandpaper.

10. Add caps (optional): Create custom caps for your fidget spinner using spare materials like plastic bottle caps or foam sheets to make it more comfortable and easier to hold.

11. Decorate your fidget spinner: Get creative with colors, patterns, and stickers to personalize your homemade fidget spinner.

12. Seal decoration (optional): To protect your decorations from wear and tear, apply a thin layer of clear nail polish or sealant over the surface of your fidget spinner.

13. Share your creation: Show off your finished fidget spinner to friends and family and enjoy hours of entertainment and focus.

Congratulations! You’ve successfully created your very own fidget spinner. This DIY project not only provided you with a fun and useful tool, but it also allowed you to exercise your creativity and craftsmanship. Happy spinning!
