The cleaning industry is booming, with more and more businesses seeking professional services to maintain their facilities. To secure cleaning contracts and ensure the success of your cleaning business, it is essential to know how to bid a cleaning job accurately and competitively. Here is a step-by-step guide on bidding for cleaning jobs more effectively.

Step 1: Research the Market

Before making any bid, you need to understand the current market rates in your area. Research the competition by looking into the pricing offered by other similar companies in your region. Identify the services they provide, their packages, and pricing structures. This information will enable you to determine how competitive you can be with your pricing without sacrificing profits.
