Danbury Tree Service Owner Sentenced for $1.4M Tax Evasion
Bill G. Makros, owner of Budget Tree and Stump Removal Service, LLC, has been sentenced to seven months in prison for tax evasion. Makros concealed over $1.4 million in income and failed to file federal tax returns from 2016 to 2020. He has been ordered to pay $137,672 in restitution to the IRS.
